In a tall glass filled with ice cubes pour 4.5 cl Tequila, 1.5 cl agave syrup and 2 cl freshly squeezed lime. Complete with Sodarosa J.GASCO. Garnish the rim of the glass with salt and complete with a grapefruit slice.

In a Tiki Mug, grind 2 wedges of red orange, a tablespoon of cane sugar and a slice of ginger. Pour 4cl of Rum and a few drops of Grapefruit Bitters. Mix with a swizzle stick and crushed ice. Top with J.Gasco Aperitivo Bitter.

In a tall tumbler, place a teaspoon of white sugar and 6cl of sparkling water. Mix thoroughly with a bar spoon and fill with cube dice. Add 6cl of white Rum and top with J.Gasco Ginger Ale. Garnish with an orange peel spiral.

In a large wine glass, delicately grind 7-8 leaves of fresh mint and 1 tablespoon of cane sugar. Add the fresh juice of half a lime, plenty of crushed ice and 5cl of white Rum. Stir in a circular manner and top with J.Gasco Cedrata. Garnish with small mint leaves.
